Statistics in the Music Letter

If you have successfully sent the music letter, you can call up the statistics for the music letter at any time. Just click on the statistics symbol in the right column.

In statistics you will find the following information:

Dispatch date and validity period
Costs incurred
The number of e-mails sent, the number of e-mails that have come back (bounces) and the total number of opened music letters (opening rate).
Actions of the individual recipients with the respective action status
1. Viewed (e-mail view or browser view)
1. Listened to (player calls)

At the top right you can have another look at the Music Letter, just click on “E-Mail View”.
