The prices in the MPN can be put together individually, so you determine the price of your promotion yourself. The pricing model is divided into three areas. The first area is the core task of the MPN: providing audio files to our media partners. The second area serves as a supplementary measure to the promotion and gives you the opportunity to actively promote your release with our mailing services. The third area relates to the ARD archive promotion and the kick-back. The kick-back is applied to all customers who use the MPN very frequently for promotion.
1. Promotion: You have the choice between two options
Choose between a full promotion (All Inclusive Package) or determine the scope and price yourself with a selective promotion.
Full Promotion
The All-Inclusive Package for 220 EUR.
Popular for mainstream topics such as pop, rock, schlager, etc.
Incl. Base Price 20 Euro
This includes the recording of all tracks as well as cover and booklet by Acamar for editorial promotion and/or archive promotion. Availability of data for all editors selected by the promoter for 90 days.
Incl. ARD 5 Euro
Promotion to all ARD music editors (all broadcasters) and/or promotion to the ARD archive via MPN. The flat fee of 5 € applies regardless of whether the editors, the archive, or both are promoted simultaneously. No additional charges apply.
Incl. Private Radio Stations (incl. Download) 3 Euro
For all private radio stations that have the option to request tracks, an additional 3 Euro per station.
Incl. Video 5 Euro (excl. price per campaign)
Promotion and delivery of video file(s) to music editors on their own local computer.
Selective Promotion
You determine the price from 20 – 220 EUR.
Suitable for niche genres such as jazz, classical, world music, etc.
Plus Base Price 20 Euro
This includes the recording of all tracks as well as cover and booklet by Acamar for editorial promotion and/or archive promotion. Availability of data for all editors selected by the promoter for 90 days.
Plus ARD 5 Euro
Promotion to all ARD music editors (all broadcasters) and/or promotion to the ARD archive via MPN. The flat fee of 5 € applies regardless of whether the editors, the archive, or both are promoted simultaneously. No additional charges apply.

2. E-Mail Promotion
In addition to the classic promotion via the MPN, we also offer further services to optimally and actively support your promotion in the MPN.
MPN Newsletter from 50 Euro

Premium
For a premium booking we charge 65 EUR.
A premium spot is placed at the top of the newsletter and can additionally be provided with custom text.
Standard
For a standard booking we charge 50 EUR.
Standard spots include, in addition to general product information, direct links to playlists and music videos. These spots are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.
Preview
For a preview booking we charge 10 EUR.

Music Letter/Music Promotion Mailing from 0.50 Euro
Promote your release as a multifunctional e-mail.
0.50 Euro per recipient
0.50 Euro per e-mail recipient will be charged per Music Letter/Mailing.
3. Archiving and Discount Programme
In addition to the classic promotion via the MPN, we also offer further services to optimally and actively support your promotion in the MPN.
ARD Archive Promotion
For exclusive ARD archive promotion, 20 Euro (base fee plus ARD flat rate) will be charged. For box sets with more than two CDs, an additional 10 Euro applies from the third CD onwards for each additional CD.
ARD Archive 20 EUR
This includes the recording of all tracks as well as cover and booklet by Acamar for archive promotion.
ARD Flat Rate 5 EUR
Flat rate of 5 EUR for promotion to the complete ARD including all broadcasters.
CD Box Sets plus 10 EUR
For box sets with more than two CDs, an additional 10 EUR applies from the third CD onwards for each additional CD.
Kick-Back
Kick-back on an annual basis for increased promotion volume (campaigns/label/year).
from 50 campaigns
Upon reaching this number of campaigns for your company within a year, we will retroactively grant 5% discount on your annual revenue.
from 100 campaigns
Upon reaching this number of campaigns for your company within a year, we will retroactively grant 10% discount on your annual revenue.
Note: Customers who complete more than 250 campaigns for 3 consecutive years benefit from the annual flat rate instead (see below). The kick-back is already included in this flat rate.
Annual Flat Rate
For customers with long-term high promotion volume.
Requirement: more than 250 campaigns for 3 consecutive years
If a customer completes more than 250 campaigns for 3 consecutive years, the price for the entire use of the MPN (excl. mailing and newsletter) per year will be fixed at the average annual revenue of the last two years.
Term and Cancellation
The term of this agreement is at least 3 years with automatic annual renewal, provided that 250 campaigns per year are not undercut. A notice period of 6 months to the end of the year applies.
