Instructions
In order for the product to be sampled for the ARD Archive, the criteria catalog has to be filled out.
For sampling of the ARD Archives two ways are available:
1. For sampling of the ARD Archives two ways are available:- whether only the ARD Archive has to be sampled,
- whether a purely editorial sampling should be carried out or
- whether both, ARD as well the other institution should be sampled.
2. If you have already previously set up the product in the promotion field, you may then copy it manually into the ARD Archive field:
Transfer
If the product is complete, 72 hours before release it will be transferred to ARD.
