Can I use the MPN without a label?
Yes you can. However, since the two fields Label Code (LC) & Label are mandatory fields, they must be filled in.
If no label code (LC) is available, “99999” can be entered.
ACHTUNG: This is not an official label code (LC) but only a placeholder. The LC “99999” has no validity outside the MPN.If no label is available, “No label” should be entered.
Label code
Since the settlement between ARD and GVL takes place via the label code (LC), a label code is recommended in any case. Otherwise, you run the risk that your products will be ignored by some broadcasters for this reason.
